Finally, pre-shipment inspection independent from the factory, at this stage, some new customers will come or they dispatch the third party to inspect the cargo selectively.

After all rounds of quality control or inspection, the products manufactured by RBW is assured to be safe and qualified.

Note:

When the supplier sends raw material to our warehouse, we carry on regular incoming material inspection, if it’s inspected OK, our side will mark “Pass” on the surface and arrange them enter our warehouse , if the quality is poor or below our quality standard, the QC staff will report the quality abnormality to the QC manager, he determines and inform the warehouse to return them.

Note:

Before production of each batch of first order, we need to make the first piece to check if the function and artworks are as required, after it’s OK, it proceeds to production. During the on-line production, we’ll carry more tests to ensure the quality, at this round of testing, if find defects, we’ll separate them and there are special persons who will check the problems and repair them. After this, those separate products will be put back on line and inspected again until entering into the next round of testing-finished product inspection.

What is the quality of our products?

1. All-copper motor and ABS material: The quality of pure copper motor is much higher than that of aluminum motor, and the service life is longer. Our plastic is basically made of ABS. Compared with PP, it has a brighter gloss, a higher hardness, and is more durable.

Case cooperation

One of our cooperating customers is a large wholesaler in Southeast Asia. When they cooperated in the first year of 2016, they chose only two models to place an order, and tentatively wanted to see how our product market is.
